Blow up pub

Here’s something else we stumbled across whilst trawling the ‘net for beer related oddities: the world’s first inflatable pub.

Designed and built by Airquee Ltd, the 40ft long pub can be erected in under 10 minutes, fitted out with beer pumps and customised for use as a fully working pub, with room for around 30 customers.

The downside is that to buy one for your garden you’ll need around £4,500 ($8,500) but it is possible to rent the pub for around £500 a day.

Past projects from Airquee include numerous bouncy castles and a 47ft high inflatable church – now in the Guinness Book of Records for being the world’s largest (not the only?!).
