Nose : Fine hop resins, plus unusual light banana notes and a touch of toffee. A citrus sharpness develops.
Palate : Juicy, sweet malt up front, with a floral hop note lightly in the background initially, but soon fighting its way
through. Banana and lemon fruitiness is ever present.
Finish : Delicate, bittersweet finish, becoming increasingly hoppy and tangy with persisting lemon flavours.
Comments : A well-made, classy beer, with a very unusual, subtle fruit character.
