Nose : Fruity (mandarin oranges). Honey is very subdued.
Palate : Crisp, tart, citrus hop flavours lead the way, leaving honey restrained in the malt base.
Finish : Honey builds immediately, adding a moreish, sweet silkiness. Hop bitterness soon takes over to dry the finish.
Comments : Refreshingly, a quaffable bitter with a firm hoppiness and a honey accent, rather than a thick, sweet honey ale.
