Nose : Light pineapple notes over soft coffee.
Palate : A fruity (light lemon and pineapple), tangy hoppiness gives way to a crisp, bitter, heavily roasted barley flavour.
Finish : Bitter, dry and heavily roasted.
Comments : An uncompromisingly bitter and roasted stout. A good alternative to Guinness, now that the latter is not conditioned in the bottle.
