Nose : Sweet cinnamon. Light toffee. Vanilla. Banana emerges strongly.
Palate : Full cinnamon and banana flavours. Sultana, vanilla and a dash of citrus in support. Good, anchoring undercurrent of hoppy bitterness.
Finish : Cinnamon and hops build together as it dries. Bitterness prevails.
Comments : A nicely balanced spiced ale that still comes over as a beer rather than simply a festive confection.
