Nose : Sticky, sweet malt balanced by gentle orange/tropical fruit notes from the hops. Overall, nutty and fruity.
Palate : Creamy malt. Nuts. Hop resins. Subdued citrus and tropical fruits.
Finish : Drying, hoppy and bitter. Nutty maltiness remains.
Comments : A classy, wonderfully-balanced copper ale that continues to be at the head of the field of bottle-conditioned beers.
