Nose : Perfumed, floral and raspberry-fruity.
Palate : A little tart but mostly bitter with a raspberryish sweetness playing second fiddle. More floral notes.
Finish : Dry with bitter fruit.
Comments : A rosé-coloured beer made with tayberries, a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry. Overall, just too bitter, though.
