Nose : Luscious fruit – oranges and apricots. Peppery spiciness emerges, along with hop resins.
Palate : The same juicy fruit as in the nose, with a little spice. Good hop balance for the inherent sweetness.
Finish : Fruit and hops linger well as the finish dries the palate. A little chewy.
Comments : More akin to a Belgian wit than a Bavarian weissbier. The label says it’s unfiltered, but it pours clear. A pleasant, dark golden drink.
