Nose : Coffee in the malt. Powerful vinous character. Savoury, yeasty note.
Palate : Coffee and sweet, dark malt countered by a vinous bite that burns the throat a little on the swallow.
Finish : Chewy, malty, coffee flavours becoming increasingly dry and bitter as hops develop.
Comments : A full-bodied, smooth, ruby beer with the character of an aged ale.
