Nose : Elderflower, grapefruit and spicy hop.
Palate : Nicely balanced and bittersweet. Grapefruit and lime notes from the Cascade hops liven up a smooth, lightly toffeeish malt base.
Finish : Hoppy and drying, with an easy bitterness.
Comments : A pleasant quaffing ale with an American accent. Not that new in bottle, but recently repackaged.
