Nose : Banana, clove and vanilla.
Palate : Banana and vanilla flavours with mild clove spice.
Finish : Dry, with banana and vanilla continuing.
Comments : An interesting re-creation of a Bavarian weissbier, using vanilla pods, cloves and coriander to replicate the natural spicy, fruity flavours created by genuine weissbier yeast. Thinner and crisper than when first introduced five years ago.
