Nose : Juicy tropical fruit. Almonds. Light hop resins.
Palate : Sweet estery flavours – almonds, pear drops and raisins. Zing of citrus hops. Smooth, buttery malt as a base.
Finish : Same buttery malt, almond and fruit flavours but bitterness builds. Hops linger on the tongue.
Comments : A full-bodied, complex ale, perhaps too bold for some drinkers.
