Nose : Good balance of malt and delicate, lightly fruity, faintly smoky hops.
Palate : Tangy hops lead the way, dominating gentle, smooth malt. There’s a suggestion of bitter oranges and a nice, soft mouthfeel.
Finish : Dry and tangy, loaded with hops.
Comments : An unpasteurised brew, based on the Golding hop: for those who like dry, bitter, hoppy ales.
