Tasted by Jeff Evans in issue 4.
Nose : Pleasant, creamy malt with suggestions of vanilla. Light lemon-citrus hop fragrance.
Palate : Creamy, yet grainy, malt base, soon overtaken by tangy, resin-like hops that dry the palate. Butterscotch notes throughout.
Finish : Hoppy, dry and tangy, although just a little chewy.
Comments : A flavoursome premium lager perhaps over-dependent on an oily hoppiness.
