Nose : Ginger-spicy and perfumed, with tart orange and lemon notes and even a hint of banana. Peppery with a little clove spice, too
Palate : Mellow, bittersweet and fairly crisp. More lightly tart lemon and other citrus fruits; pepper and gentle
clove spiciness.
Finish : Dry but quite thin, becoming a little chewy and increasingly bitter. Tart fruit and spices just hang on in there.
Comments : A pleasant and quaffable, English version of a witbier.
