Nose : Rich, biscuity malt supported by aromatic coffee.
Palate : Coffee, bitterness and earthy hops. Dry, yet refreshingly light in body. Fruity sweetness lurks in the background without ever really materialising.
Finish : Plenty of roasted grain, plain chocolate and coffee. Bitter malt notes persist as the finish dries.
Comments : A bitter ruby beer with a pronounced roasted malt character and little in the way of sweetness. However, the light, airy body makes it very easy to drink.
