Nose : Unusual aroma: peppery hops, apricots and oranges.
Palate : Big, peppery hop character with hard to identify juicy fruit behind. Faint toffee in the malt.
Finish : Drying and hoppy. Fairly chewy.
Comments : A novel, copper-coloured brew the dryness and hoppiness of which would make it a good aperitif beer
