Nose : Bready aroma of bananas and bubblegum.
Palate : Quite thin for its strength, but well balanced. Delicate bananas, cloves and a touch of sourness. The bitterness is modest, but this is not a sweet beer. There’s also a little alcoholic warmth in the background.
Finish : Slow to develop, eventually arriving dry, lightly bitter and a little chewy with faint banana flavours.
Comments : A pleasant enough weissbier despite the lack of body and flavour for its strength and the rather disappointing finish.
