Nose : Juicy citrus fruit over dark malt.
Palate : The same juicy fruit character with plenty of bitter dark malt and barley behind. Pleasantly bitter and clean.
Finish : Dry and bitter, with lots of roasted barley character.
Comments : A fine, dry and bitter, ruby-brown stout with a fruitiness that is not quite what you’d expect from a beer laced with port.
