Nose : Wonderfully enticing hop resins with an orange zest. Like rubbing dried hops between your fingers.
Palate : Rich, tangy, peppery hops, zinging with bitter citrus notes. Good, deep but well restrained malt support. Jam-packed with flavour.
Finish : Dry and lip-smackingly hoppy.
Comments : An impressive beer from first sight – in its corked Champagne-like bottle – right through to the lasting finish. A must for anyone who loves the taste of fresh hops. Bottle conditioned.
