Reviewed in: Beers of the World Issue 6

Tasted by Jeff Evans in issue 6.
Nose : Spicy, citrus and floral, with a honey note.
Palate : Crisp and notably bitter for a honey beer, with a pronounced sharp citrus and floral edge. Just a little honey softness in the background.
Finish : Bitter, hoppy and dry.
Comments : The honey flavours are nicely restrained, leaving the stage to lots of bitter hops.
Score : 7.5
