Nose : Malty with sherbety, citrus notes from the hops.
Palate : Lemon/citrus flavours have the edge over a mix of sweet malt and drying hop.
Finish : Sweet and lemony, becoming dry, bitter and hoppy.
Comments : A very good, nicely-balanced beer that – if there is a down side – unfortunately tastes just a bit tired. Would
love to try a fresher sample (even better if unpasteurised).
