Tasted by Jeff Evans in issue 8.
Nose : Smooth malt with gentle hints of chocolate.
Palate : Malty and rich but definitely not sweet or sickly. Toffee notes at all times, plus a well-rounded, balancing and drying hop bitterness.
Finish : Nutty and toffee-like. Pleasantly bitter and drying.
Comments : A smooth and full-flavoured, predominantly malty bitter with excellent balance.
