Nose : Big chocolate notes, like the chocolate dusting on a sponge cake or a cappucino. Becomes nutty, with faint oranges.
Palate : Nutty, chocolaty malt dominates, balanced by a firm roasted grain edge. Ripples of orange fruitiness break through.
Finish : Dry. Nutty, grainy, roasted malt, but not too bitter.
Comments : An attractive ruby ale with a chocolate orange character.
