Tasted by Jeff Evans in issue 8.
Nose : Ever so delicate pale malt and a gentle hoppy spiciness. Very subtle with just a hint of vanilla.
Palate : A light-bodied, bittersweet, smooth blend of soft pale malt and lightly perfumed, peppery hops, with just a hint of pear fruitiness.
Finish : Drying, hoppy and bitter.
Comments : A rather timid but refined and enjoyable Maltese lager with a good hoppy finish.
Score : 7.5
