Nose : Clean and appealing. Baker’s spices with a nod towards cinnamon; light sharp fruit.
Palate : Refreshing. Subdued fruitiness: pear, banana and lemon. Lightly warming spices.
Finish : Dry, chewy and mellow, just marginally bitter. Light fruit persists.
Comments : Not very full bodied but otherwise faultless. Conveys class while not being overly flavoursome.
