Nose : Soft chocolate notes, plus a dash of pepper.
Palate : Bittersweet. The light fruitiness up front has traces of pear. Smooth, chocolate flavours behind. Little bits of roasted grain show through, along with a touch
of liquorice.
Finish : Full and creamy with coffee notes.
Comments : An enjoyable bottle-conditioned porter that, on this tasting, just lacks a little carbonation.
