Nose : Creamy coffee and malt.
Palate : Sweet and malty with an oily smoothness. Balance comes from a light, rather harsh bitterness.
Finish : Astringency builds, leaving a dry, bitter finish with dark malt and light roasted grain flavour.
Comments : A somewhat thin ruby beer, not as smooth as it could be.
