Nose : Somewhat earthy aromas of juicy, fresh raspberries.
Palate : Tart and sharp with that harsh bitterness you get if you chew on raspberry seeds. But there’s also a lighter, sweeter touch from the floral flavours of the fresh raspberries themselves.
Finish : Quite harsh, bitter and dry, with lingering raspberries.
Comments : The key ingredient (somewhat obvious) is Scottish raspberries, but it’s just too bitter.
