Nose : The slightly earthy, sappy aromas of the hedgerow, with just a gentle fruitiness. There’s also a soft cinnamon-like spice note.
Palate : Sweet and blackberry-fruity with greengrassy elements and a hint of sweet bakers’ spices.
Finish : Bittersweet blackberry flavours and still some sappy tanginess. Increasingly dry and hoppy.
Comments : A pleasant but sweet drink based around fresh blackberries but with a good mix of complementary flavours.
