Tasted by Jeff Evans in issue 2.
Nose : Notably hoppy, almost piney at first. Juicy fruit (tinned peaches) soon dominate.
Palate : Wonderfully fruity: tinned peaches and orange zest. Peppery hops. Crisp and bitter, but not lacking balancing sweetness.
Finish : Clean, bitter, hoppy and drying.
Comments : An excellently constructed, fruity yet bitter copper ale.
