Nose : Plenty of sweet, lightly honeyed malt. Dried banana and pear notes emerge
Palate : Crisp but rather thin. Malt and gentle banana flavours lead the way with traces of liquorice behind. Moreishly drying all the time.
Finish : Dry, gently bitter and hoppy.
Comments : A pleasant, clean, very lightdrinking bitter with an informative back label where a bar chart – similar to the one used by Badger – graphically displays the
flavour profile of the beer.
