Nose : Honey and malt, with a little spicy hop and a gentle floral fragrance.
Palate : Sweetish and floral with a honeyed, malty softness. Just a light hoppy edge for contrast.
Finish : Honey smoothness is obvious on the swallow, lingering in the finish as hops come through a little more forcefully.
Comments : A very pleasant, unpasteurised, golden/orange beer with clean, fresh flavours.
